LCAs, P-1A, + Parley Agent Expansion | September Changelog
Last updated: November 4, 2025
TL;DR
Parley now lets you post LCA notices online, auto-generate and retain compliant PAFs, and petitioner profiles auto-save for reuse.
New drafting features include full P-1A petition support, uncited exhibits, and more detailed index tables.
Plus: Smarter I-797 parsing, comparable evidence section for O-1A, Parley Agent compatible with reference letters, and earlier Visa Bulletin notifications.
What's new?
Create and Post LCA Notices Online
Generate electronic LCA notices, post them to a shareable link, and have Parley automatically take them down at the end of the posting period. Clients can distribute the link directly to affected workers to stay compliant.

Generate, Share, and Retain Public Access Files
Upload LCA documents and Parley will create a PAF, invite your petitioners to a new client-specific Parley portal, and manage and retain the PAF for Department of Labor compliance.
With the rising potential of DOL audits given Project Firewall, let us know how we can be helpful to you and your clients for PAF storage and retention.

Fill I-129, I-140, I-907, and G-28 forms faster with AI
Start forms with client evidence or intake data, and Parley will auto-complete the I-129, I-140, I-907, and G-28. Fill in any gaps through a new guided form flow.

Reuse Petitioner Details Across Key Forms
Petitioner Profiles have been redesigned to directly match the inputs required to complete LCAs and I-129s. Petitioner details are automatically saved to the Petitioner Profile for reuse in future cases.

Key drafting updates
Draft P-1A Petitions in Parley
Parley now supports full drafting and exhibit workflows for internationally recognized athletes. Upload contracts, itineraries, and consultations and Parley will draft your petition, support research on competitions and put together your exhibit packet.

Revise Reference Letters with Parley's AI Agent
Every Reference Letter now includes “Edit in Chat.” Pull reference letter drafts into the Parley Agent to vary language, expand on recommender backgrounds, or style after a template to get to your final letter even quicker.

"Uncite" Exhibits While Still Using Them in Your Petitions
Use the new “Uncite” toggle in the exhibit index to keep references in your argument but exclude them from your brief and final exhibit packet. Just select the eye icon next to any document in your index.

Submit a More Detailed Index with Parley "Index Tables"
After generating an exhibit packet, select "Index Table" from the Exports tab. Parley generates a table of exhibit descriptions that match your petition - and sections with only previously cited exhibits are now included for complete indices.

Lots of Improvements!
Chat with the Parley Agent - now with improved text streaming speed.
Upload an I-797 within any of your applications and Parley will automatically recognize it - extract validity dates, status, priority dates, and country of birth - and log these directly into the Applicant Profile.
Access changelogs and help docs to guide your firm through onboarding and new releases directly in the Parley Help Chat in the bottom right hand corner of the platform.
Add a comparable evidence section to your O-1A petitions - just select it at the bottom of the criteria list and upload evidence like speaking engagements and presentations.
In Commanding a High Salary arguments, Parley will now better distinguish between salary and other forms of remuneration to provide a clearer comparison to prevailing wage data.
When tracking your client's priority date, Parley will now track it against all potential classifications on the Visa Bulletin - even if the case wasn't done in Parley (EB-3, EB-4, EB-5, etc.)
Priority date notifications will now come a month in advance. As soon as the new bulletin is posted, Parley will let you know if your client is about to become current.
Use “Edit in Chat” to revise background sections of your petition, making it easier to get to your final draft even quicker.
