Give your Clients Peace of Mind with Fast, High-Quality RFE Responses
Based on your feedback we've made a number of refinements to the RFE drafting in Parley — including the ability to manage and distinguish original vs. novel exhibits.
Now, you can manage your RFE and original exhibits side-by-side in the exhibit index — with updated citation handling in the draft so reviewers can easily distinguish new materials.
When you create an RFE in Parley, just select to use your original exhibits in the corresponding sections.
Parley will automatically sort these into criteria and distinguish them as original petitions exhibits vs. new RFE exhibits in both your index and in your prose.

Additionally, you can now get to a much more polished initial draft directly after uploading your RFE:
Parley will automatically extract Receipt Number, Service Center Address, Alien Registration Number, Initial Filing Date, and Due Date and add those details dynamically to your header and introduction.
Parley's introduction will now summarize the criteria at issue and give further context to your client's achievements before responding to the officer requests.
A Final Merits Analysis will now be drafted for all EB-1A RFEs.
If you have comparable evidence that you want to use to strengthen this section, you can add it directly to the Final Merits upload in the Case Background.
If you have templated legal citations / arguments that you want to pull into your RFE, let us know - we'll work with you to get these integrated into your drafts!
Create a Custom Index to Organize Exhibits Your Way
You now have full control over how your exhibits are grouped and cited.
Use Custom Indexing for Flexible Strategies (e.g., L-1, NIW)
Upload and reorder exhibits freely, regardless of how they appear in the draft. For example:
For NIWs, rather than exhibits ordered by the prongs, you can now create custom sections like Market Reports, Education Credentials, and Personal Statement.
For Ls, upload exhibits to Parley just like normal, but know your exhibit packets don't have to exactly match the sections of the draft.
Add custom sections like, "Evidence of Continued Operation" and "Petitioner's Letter of Support" to better organize your petition and supporting evidence.
To get started, click “Custom Index” at the top right of your index.

If you have a templated index approach that you want to standardize across your drafts in Parley, let us know - we'll work with you to get this integrated into the platform.
Auto-Fill USCIS Forms from Uploaded Case Materials
Parley now fills out I-140 and I-129 forms directly from the exhibits you upload — no duplicate data entry, no separate questionnaires.
As you upload exhibits for your attorney letter, Parley extracts data like names, addresses, travel history, and employer info to complete the forms.
For example, uploading a passport, offer letter, and a few paystubs can instantly populate the I-140.
Behind the scenes, Parley uses smart document typing to identify the types of exhibits that are the most accurate sources of truth for each field on your form.

Just upload your case documents as usual — your forms will be waiting, pre-filled and ready to review.
Generate Index Tables from your Exhibits
Index tables concisely describe how your exhibits attest each criterion.
Use this as a quick way to understand all your evidence or submit it as an intro to your exhibit packets.
To get started, just select "Create Packet" in the top right of your index.

🕵♂️ Never Dig Up a Consulate’s Submission Requirements Again
On E-2s, we've pulled in the consulate-specific submission rules for each treaty country.
After uploading your exhibits to Parley, just use the custom index to sort your documents into the exact sections each consulate expects.
This new order will be reflected in your exhibit packet and in your attorney letter.
📚 Strengthen Final Merits with Comparable Evidence
We’ve added dedicated support for Final Merits and Comparable Evidence in EB-1A petitions:
Drafts now include a standalone Final Merits section within the Case Background.
The Final Merits will leverage all the evidence throughout your case to make the case that your client has sustained acclaim, will continue to work in their field, and is of substantial benefit to the U.S.
To include additional comparable evidence, just upload it directly to the Final Merits section of the Case Background.
Choose to cite it in the index or just include it to strengthen your case.
✏ Add and Edit Quotes directly in Parley
Now, if you want to lengthen reference letters quotes or swap them out, you can do that directly in Parley's overview and this will be reflected in any new draft you generate.

🧾 Select TN Position Types When Creating Cases
For TN drafts, you can now select and label TN occupational categories as you build or update your case.
Parley will suggest a category automatically, but this can always be edited in the Case Background.
🔍 Rely on Improved Fact Accuracy
For every document you upload, Parley generates a set of relevant facts directly tied to your evidence.
We’ve completed a full offline evaluation of Parley’s fact extraction system and used the findings to improve performance across all visa types.
